Getting Back To Where They Once Belonged!!
Liverpool @ Liverpool Beatleweek - August 2000

Liverpool were a real treat! We really enjoyed their sets at The Barcelona, Quarry Bank and the Adelphi! Every Beatle band just gets better and better every year and it's hard not to like them all! They all have that individual talent and they all leave us with special memories of why we like them! We loved this band because of their tribute to John Lennon, a man who means so much to us all, and on Quarry Bank day, their beautiful version of 'Imagine' said it all! 'Woman' and 'Nobody Told Me', one of my all time fave John Lennon songs, made the set for me!

Liverpool come from Sweden, a country which has produced some stunning Beatles Bands, and as we all missed the wonderful sound of Lenny Pane this year, they made up for a "Little Bit Of Sweden". Olle Nilsson is the sound of John Lennon at his best!
We must also mention the incredible talent of two Swedish 14 year-old boys (Joel and Rasmus) called Two Of Us! They treated us to wonderful acoustic sets at Quarry Bank all afternoon! Keep up the good work guys!
