Single dedicated to John Lennon, penned by Det Betales Tor Olsen.

Cavern City Tours, organisers of the Annual International Beatles Week in Liverpool, have been compiling an album of original songs recorded by Beatles Tribute Bands in Abbey Road Studios for several years. This epic album has yet to be released, but Det Betales have re-recorded their contribution in Norway and are now releasing it as a single.

Entitled 'Dear John', the song is reminiscent of Julian Lennon's style and has a catchy chorus. The guitar solo is quite McCartney-esque, while the drums are pure Ringo! I'm sure Beatles fans will love it!

It will be available to buy at the Beatles Convention, on The Word Is Love stall, and you will also get the chance to hear it being performed live, during one of Det Betales gigs at The Cavern Club.
