American English

Walking in the footsteps of the most legendary rock/pop group The Beatles, is accomplished by The Beatles tribute show, American English. A now internationally acclaimed tribute show that has tugged and pulled at the heart strings and nostalgic memories of Beatle fans all over the world, American English is the next best thing to the Beatles itself as it recreates "The Complete Beatles Experience."

"American English are the Beatles incarnate," said Sam Leach, the former historical promoter of the Fab Four from the early sixties. Confident in his statement, Leach debuted the band in Liverpool this past winter, leaving his homeland and original fans of The Beatles ignited. With many tributes passing through the UK annually seeking endorsements and honor from the cradle of The Beatles beginnings, American English secured the awe struck audiences with their unique and exacting reproduction of The Beatles career in looks and sound.

Further verifying and testing American English's haunting duplication of the pop legends to the ultimate, Leach took their fame to The House of Blues in Chicago this past December, as he presented American English headlining with former Wings star Denny Laine, and the former horn section of Wings, and original Beatle drummer Pete Best, and Joey Molland from Badfinger. Again astounding the crowds, American English went even further by astounding original McCartney friends and musicians and former Beatle in a fantasy finale comprised of "Wings" and McCartney musical hits.

Recreating McCartney's Grammy award winning song "Rockestra," and many other Wings hits such as "Live and Let Die and Jet," the finale extended into the solo years of McCartney and Denny Laine's past relationship with "The Moody Blues, as they all did his hit single "Go Now." American English, along with the celebrity all star cast, performed a flight from the imagination concert, combining "Beatle" and "Wings" tunes that visually and vocally left audiences feeling as though they heard and saw the career progression of The Beatles, had The Beatles remained together.

With recognition at it's all time highest for this Chicago based band, American English packaged its local and national successes along with international acclaim to earn the title as "The best Beatle tribute on the planet." As the world relives and experiences The Beatles hit music forty years later, even pushing their CD One to #1 for the year 2001, American English will be the ultimate musical experience that will consummate the incredible impact and effect The Beatles had on the world yesterday, today and tomorrow.
